Poured in a big wine glass at 55 F/ 13 C. Deep red-brown color, some particles in suspension, minimal beige head, nice blotchy lace.
Aroma of toffee, with milder notes of nuts, coffee, wood, and fruit. The aroma opens up considerably as it warms. Quite pleasant.
